In MyTeam, many players will already be equipped with Badges, but you can upgrade the ones they have or even equip new ones using cards you find in Card Packs. If you're creating a MyPlayer then you're going to really want to think about your build's role and how you intend to use your player. For example, you're probably not going to want to put Corner Specialist on a Center whose primary stats lean towards rebounding and finishing in the paint. The best Badges in NBA 2K22 will depend largely on the player.
